This Ambitious Abroad group trip is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure through Peru, designed for travelers who want to experience iconic destinations without feeling rushed.

Over 9 days, we’ll explore Peru’s rich culture, breathtaking landscapes, and world-famous landmarks, including a 2-Day Inca Trail hike, Machu Picchu, Cusco, and Rainbow Mountain, all while traveling with a like-minded group of adventurous people.

Total Price

The total price is about $2295 per person ($650 deposit due upon application and $1645 due by May 1st).

This includes:

  • Round-trip domestic flights between Lima & Cusco

  • 8 nights / 9 days accommodations in comfortable 3-star hotels (shared rooms)

  • Daily breakfast at accommodations

  • 2-Day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, including:

    • Inca Trail permits

    • Machu Picchu entrance tickets

    • Licensed English-speaking trekking guide

    • Private guided tour inside Machu Picchu

    • All required transportation, train tickets, and buses

    • One night hotel stay in Aguas Calientes

    • Meals included during the Inca Trail experience

  • Sacred Valley tour (Moray, Maras Salt Mines, Pisac viewpoints)

  • ATV adventure

  • Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley guided day trip

  • Peruvian cooking class (meal included)

  • Two hosted group dinners (welcome dinner in Lima & farewell dinner in Lima)

  • Airport transfers and ground transportation throughout the trip

Your non-refundable deposit will be applied toward the total trip cost of $2,295 and is used to secure Inca Trail permits, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics. Liability Waiver, Release of Claims & Terms of Agreement

Trip Name: Ambitious Abroad Peru Group Trip
Dates: August 12–20, 2026
Organizer: Ambitious Abroad (“Ambitious Abroad,” “we,” “us,” or “the Organizer”)

By submitting an application and/or payment for the Ambitious Abroad Peru Group Trip (the “Trip”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk & Assumption of Responsibility

Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the Trip involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury, illness, altitude sickness, or death

  • Travel-related risks (air travel, ground transportation, delays, cancellations)

  • Outdoor activities including hiking, uneven terrain, and high-altitude environments

  • Weather conditions, political or social conditions, and acts of third parties

Participant affirms that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the Trip and accepts full responsibility for their health, safety, and personal belongings during the Trip.

Participant understands that Ambitious Abroad does not provide medical insurance and that all medical expenses, evacuation costs, or emergency services are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

2. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Ambitious Abroad, its owners, agents, contractors, partners, employees, affiliates, and successors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the Trip.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for negligence, personal injury, illness, property loss, emotional distress, financial loss, wrongful death, or any other harm, whether caused by the Released Parties or by third parties.

This waiver is binding upon Participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives.

3. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Participant acknowledges that Ambitious Abroad acts as a trip host and coordinator, not as the operator of flights, accommodations, tours, or excursions.

Certain Trip components are provided by independent third-party providers (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, trekking companies, transportation providers, and local guides). Ambitious Abroad is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of any third-party providers.

4. Payment Terms & Non-Refundable Policy

Total Trip Cost

  • Total Price: $2,295 USD per person

  • Deposit Due Upon Application: $650 USD (non-refundable)

  • Remaining Balance: $1,645 USD due no later than May 1, 2026

Non-Refundable Deposit

Participant understands and agrees that the $650 deposit and $1,645 final payment are non-refundable under all circumstances, as it is used to secure Inca Trail permits, accommodations, transportation, and other non-transferable arrangements.

Final Payment

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the stated deadline may result in removal from the Trip without refund of any payments made.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Trip cancellation by the Participant

  • Missed activities

  • Early departure

  • Changes due to weather, government regulations, or force majeure events

5. Passport Information Requirement

Participant understands that valid passport information is required to secure Inca Trail permits, transportation, and accommodations.

Participant agrees to provide accurate passport details (including full legal name, passport number, nationality, and expiration date) by the deadline specified by Ambitious Abroad.

Failure to provide passport information by the required deadline may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

6. Travel Insurance

Participant acknowledges that travel insurance is strongly recommended and understands that Ambitious Abroad is not responsible for losses related to illness, injury, trip interruption, delays, or cancellation.

7. Participant Conduct & Removal

Participant agrees to behave responsibly and comply with all local laws, regulations, and cultural norms of Peru.

Ambitious Abroad reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Trip for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

8. Media Release

Participant grants Ambitious Abroad a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, videos, or other media capturing Participant’s likeness during the Trip for promotional, marketing, or business purposes.

Participant waives any right to inspect or approve such materials and releases Ambitious Abroad from any related claims.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges made under this Agreement.

Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with Ambitious Abroad. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a breach of this Agreement, and Participant may be responsible for associated costs.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By submitting an application, making a payment, or electronically acknowledging this Agreement (including via checkbox), Participant confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement

  • Understand that the deposit is non-refundable

  • Agree to all terms and conditions stated above

  • Are at least 18 years of age
